I have come across a file that i believe is a necessity for some people and i was wondering how i could apply to have it added.

Your best bet is to use the 'contact us' link at the bottom of every forum page. Give as much detail as possible and you should get a response. Please be patient as we do get quite a bit of correspondence. Post back here once you have sent the message.
