stubborn Chromium icon

Really having a hard time trying to figure out how to remove a stubborn 'Chromium' icon on my laptop.

Seems to have attached itself during a Mozilla Firefox or Malwarebytes download.

Not sure if it's even real, but certainly don't want it floating there forever.

HP pavilion laptop with Windows 8 (currently).
