AMD Away driver isn't installed.  Please visit the manufacturer's website and download/install it.

Only 219 Windows Updates installed.  Most systems have 300 or more.  Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

Your BIOS (version R01-A0) dates from 2007.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  If you are able to install the update through Windows (without booting from an external drive), then go ahead and update it.

5 of the 9 memory dumps state that this is a hardware problem.

So, I'd start with these free hardware diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Hi usasma, thanks for your help. i really don't know how to use the carrona.org page and some links are gone. I also get bsod when i boot the system, sometimes it takes 6 boots for it to work hence ive been just leaving it on. It can be on for day's on end and no problems. I did uninstall winpcap and speedfan as i don't use it. I updated netgear firmware. Is there an easier way to deal with this? thanks for your help! elby anycd/dvd is on i guess is in a trial of anycd should i just go and uninstall that? Thanks again i do have a bios update but it's from 2007 and for vista which was on this machine when i bought it new. Once again i uninstalled cloneCd. I have windows update on for important updates what do i look for at microsoft updates?I do appreciate all your help. also the hs3dsensor.sys brings me to point grey research a camera website can i uninstall this driver? i have driver magician which lists this driver.

Just follow my suggestions line-by-line and ask questions as you go.

This isn't all that easy, so we'll take the time to explain whatever is necessary.

As for the carrona.org pages - that's only needed if you can't find the updates for the drivers that I mentioned.

For example, find this line:  giveio.sys                  Wed Apr  3 22:33:25 1996 (316334F5)

Then look at the next line.  It lists some of the programs that usually use this driver

If you have one of these programs (most often it's SpeedFan), the "fix" is to uninstall that program.

In the event that it's a critical program that the system can't live without - then you'll go to the SpeedFan website and download the latest version and install it. (SpeedFan isn't one of those critical programs - nor are any of the drivers that I listed in RED for your system).

All of the stuff after the "Analysis" is safe to ignore.  It's for my reference and it helps others who are looking at the topic to see if they can help also

Now for your other questions:

- unfortunately, the only easier way to do this is to hope that it's not a hardware problem (you can run diags to help ensure that it's not hardware), then wipe the hard drive clean and reinstall Windows.  Unfortunately, you'll lose all your data unless you back it up first

- uninstall AnyCD

- run the BIOS update as long as it lets you do it within Windows.  If it asks for a bootable disk, exit from the program and just let us know (the bootable disk is a more risky procedure than doing it in Windows).

- I always suggest getting ALL Windows/Microsoft updates.  There are a couple of exceptions to this (drivers in particular), but if drivers are available, then you should go to the manufacturer's website to see if they have updates there.  Others will state that this can cause problems - but it's my opinion that those problems are caused by outdated drivers in other 3rd party programs (and those programs should be updated anyway - so they don't cause even more problems later on).

- hs3dsensor.sys is a problem.  I don't know what program that it's associated with on your system.  It could also be associated with a Creaform 3D Laser Scanner program:
