Internet is fine, but I can't connect to certain applications.

My internet is fine, I can browse the web, watch videos, and connect to Steam.


The issue arises when I try to connect to a game of League of Legends, connect to a CSGO server, or take screenshots with Gyazo or Puush.


When taking a screenshot with Gyazo I get the error "The application cannot connect to the internet. Please confirm the setting for your third party security software, internet proxy, or firewall. Error 12029: A connection with the server could not be establish."


When taking a screenshot with Puush "Connection with the server went wrong"


When trying to get into a game of CS:GO it just tells me to raise my max ping settings.


League will go through champion select but gives me a connection error when loading into the game.
