I'm trying to fix a Toshiba Satellite p845-s4200....

The higes are stuck and the plastic molding on teh back cover that the hinges screw into are all broke up.

I can find the hinges on Ebay but can't find a back cover anywhere.

Looking for suggestions for Plan B...

ABS Cement? I saw someone suggest that on another forum....

I tried ebay, general Google search and www.usspareparts.com. No luck :(

See these two videos. On the first I would use JBweld steel epoxy and not regular epoxy. The second uses longer screws backscrewed. I am not sure if you can do this as you say the back is broken.
