Hi All,

tdg2594 here from Sydney, Aus.

I'm looking for assistance with a residue item from a previous (snap.do) infection.

My Programs & Features sub-menu in Control Panel, is listing snap.do as an installed item.

The snap.do item does not respond to attempts to uninstall it, well, of course it wouldn't being malware.

I have scanned with Windows Defender; Malwarebytes; ADWCleaner; TDSS Rootkit; Junkware Removal.

None of them have indicated an installed snap.do infection.

Programs & Features still indicates snap.do in its listings.

Does anyone know how to remove a snap.do listing from Programs & Features which will not uninstall it?

All my Malware scanning shows nothing installed. Is there a program or a method to remove such an item?

Your assistance to resolve this would be greatly appreciated, please.

Take Care,

Have Fun,

Do you mean that it is still listed in Programs and Features?

If so... use Revo Uninstaller Free to remove it.
