My wife told me her computer was acting up by WoW not connecting and various facebook functions not working. A little digging and AVG found Trojan Generic on the machine and I noticed several com surrogates in the task manager. I had a similar problem with my laptop a year ago and Bleeping Computer got me fixed right up so I am back. Included is the frst logs. Thanks !

Edit: It also appears I cannot run windows update, windows firewall, and Malware Bytes malicious website protection will not run.
