I have a HP Pavilion a6400f. I got from a relative a wile back, and just now decided to use in now.

I does not have a built in wireless adapter, And I was looking in to getting one. But I was wondering

if PCI express or USB is faster/better?

It runs windows vista.

And I was hoping not to spend more than $15 at most.

Unless you have a download speed which exceeds 300Mb/s I would go with a USB adapter.  They work quite well, some of these run about $15.00.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
