Hey guys I am a noob to all this and don't know if I should install this M.S. Framework 4.5.2-KB2901983.  It seems as though M.S. wants me to install all kinds of stuff all the time, and, it takes forever to do so.  I think I was told in XP, not to install this as it will slow my system down.  Although, I will be going to W10 I think, so might need this?

Thanks in advance pcpunk

Hi pcpunk :)

This is the newest version of the .NET Framework, I suggest you to install it as newer programs might requires it and it also brings improvements, bug fix and security to the current .NET Framework. It's a good update to install.
