When I send an email on behalf of someone, their email address is displayed instead of the "Display as" name in the address book.

Personally,I have their display name set to show their name and email address, e.g. Mike <mjones@emailserver.com>. When I send an email on behalf of Mr. Jones I use the the from button, select Mr. Jones contact from my address book, then continue to address the message to others including myself. When I receive the message Mr. Jones's email is displayed instead of his "Display as" name. I have screen shots for better clarification if needed.

I am using MS Windows 7 Pro, Outlook 2007 configured as MAPI

Any other needed info please ask.

Any and all info is greatly appreciated.

EDIT:

My sent items folder is showing correctly.
