Hi all.

My name is Les and am seeking some advice.

I have just recently purchased a 27" Samsung Monitor. Upon getting it up and running there is a permanent thin light blue line that is about 5" long vertical and about 3" from the bottom left hand side of the screen.

Any advice or remedy would be more than appreciated.

Thanks

Les

Have you gone into settings to make adjustments? To see if that helps? Which model monitor?

Does it look sorta like this?  If yes (as you watch the video the person states it used to be blue and was smaller If it looks like the beginings of this larger issue) than you should RMA the monitor.

More info.

That is not a 'fixable' flaw.  Return it and get a new one if you just bought it .. should still be under warranty.
