HijackThis - Log Included - Details Below

Hello! Thanks for taking time to read this.
I believe my computer has a virus. Using CTRL+ALT+DEL, this shows up-
I know that a lot of viruses disable task manager, which is why I used HijackThis's log thingamajig.

I found the solution. If you are having the same problem, here are the steps. -

Scroll down, download the Enable Task Manager registry addition. Unzip, run it, yes, then re-try CTRL+ALT+DEL.
