Attn DOS Command Gurus - i would like to move selected images, identified in a CSV file, to another folder using C Command ?

Is it possible ?

For example, Folder A contatins a123.jpg, b123.jpg & c123.jpg.   The CSV Excel file has a single image b123.jpg.

So using the data of CSV file, image b123.jpg should be moved to another Folder B.

Thanks in Advance.
