Hello all! I've been getting random crashing/freeze's while gaming since I bought this pc. I did some research and it took me to prim95, I got the same BSOD error I do when my pc is under heavy load. "CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT".... I've looked into this error and read it could be the cause of a faulted core in my cpu. I've a i7-5820K cpu "not over clocked in anyway, 3.3 max" and a gtx 980 to match. 16gb of ram. Not sure on the ram sticks but I could find out, though I don't think it has anything to do with my ram. It worries me that doing the stress test my pc crashed with that error in less then 15-30 seconds. Could this be my cpu? I've specy and my temps, even under heavy load are normal. I don't think it's temps make my pc crash. My cpu is watercooled. I'm new the fourms and I may not have posted this post correctly, I'm just desperate fellas. Spent around $2500 total on this rig. I need help! Thanks you. -conx

If you ran the Prime95 Blend test, then it's most likely a RAM issue (although the CPU cache and memory controller are stressed to a lesser degree)..

Try running MemTest86+:  http://www.carrona.org/memdiag.html

Also try running the rest of these hardware diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

Please provide this information so we can provide a complete analysis (from the Pinned Topic at the top of the forum):  http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/576314/blue-screen-of-death-bsod-posting-instructions-windows-10-81-8-7-vista/

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
