Hi Marioo :)

It's normal for the utc.app.json file to be reported as corrupted on Windows 7 following a Windows Update. Microsoft is aware of this situation and plan on fixing it in a future update.

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3022345?wa=wsignin1.0

The two files are marked as static files in the update. When an advanced user runs the System File Checker Tool (sfc.exe), the files are unintentionally flagged as corrupted. There is no impact or actual corruption on a device running this update, and a later service update will resolve this issue.

So if it ever "breaks" again in the future, don't worry about it, it won't affect your system at all.

In the mean time, use the link below and follow the instructions there.  This will resolve the issue.
