Cannot start my windows 7

Yah sup
I need help with my computer I can't open it oh yeah I reinstalled my Windows 7 but when I open keeps saying ***ERROR*** c:\system.sav\fbi\fbism.exe doesn't exists! Heh miss minecraft...

What is your computer brand and model? Also, how did you reinstall Windows 7: via a clean installation, or did you do a Factory Reset?

I had 3 discs 1.Restore plus 2.Operating system 3. Language pack my pc lagged so I reinstalled

This doesn't answer my question. What is your laptop/computer brand and model? Is it an HP, Dell, Lenovo, ACER, ASUS, etc.? Is it an EliteBook, T500 Series, Latitude, etc.?
