Two updates broke a clean sfc /scannow.  Both affect telemetry.ASM-WindowsDefault.json.

I uninstalled KB3068708, and then reran sfc, which showed the same error for KB3022345.  This lead me to,

I am not sure which posted fix to try or whether I should use the fix.  Part of the latest CBS.log output  is,

I run WIN7 x64 on an i5 4690k.  What would you recommend I do to fix this problem?  Thanks.

Hi eyesore :)

This is a known issue with these two files. Right now Microsoft is working on a way to fix them. You can leave them be, it won't affect anything on the system (see them as false positives). You can read this article here:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3022345?wa=wsignin1.0

The two files are marked as static files in the update. When an advanced user runs the System File Checker Tool (sfc.exe), the files are unintentionally flagged as corrupted. There is no impact or actual corruption on a device running this update, and a later service update will resolve this issue.

Even if you leave these files and the updates installed, they are false positives so they do not affect your system in any way.
