Only 200 Windows Updates installed.  Most systems have 300 or more.  Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

The NTIOLib_X64.sys is a driver that MSI has used in several different programs throughout their systems.  Unfortunately, there is sometimes a copy in each folder where a program resides (rather than being in the C:\Windows\System32\drivers folder where it should be).  This may make it difficult to remove the copy that may be causing the problem.  Please bear with us in that.  For starters, please uninstall the MSI Live Update and the MSI Gaming App and we'll see if that helps.

While low-level drivers (such as the NTIOLib_X64.sys driver) can cause these sorts of BSOD's - it's also very possible that this is a hardware problem.

As such, please start with these free hardware diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

Ok thanks for the info, just as an aside I have run Memetest86 for 20+ passes with no errors, also did a stress test on the CPU(P95v285.win64 no errors) and HDD ( Western Digital stress test) no errors. The only thing I haven't stress test is the MSI GPU.

I will uninstall the Live & Gaming app and see if that helps & continue windows updates as well ( I thought they have all been completed by the OS.
