Where is this log coming from?

found this is my user folder. Searching for the file name seems to bring up dodgy results that don't tell me anything. it is named sti_Trace.log it is attached. Can anybody tell me where it is coming from and should I be concerned? the upload failed every time until I used the basic uploader.

This is a legitimate Windows file.  

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
