I got a suggestion to post this in here. It appears someone has gotten into my pc. The past 2 days when I turned on my monitor the pc was on the login screen. Then when I opened it chrome was open on paypal. I checked the browsing history and it appears someone went to a website nirsoft. I found a program on my pc called webbrowserpassview. I started looking around and it appears someone may have gotten in through TeamViewer and used Dropbox as well. There was also a rar file called passrecpk which had password recovery software in it. The font on chrome was changed too. I tried my best to make sure everything is gone but I'm still concerned. I removed TeamViewer and Dropbox and all the files have been deleted. Any suggestions on how I can make sure I'm clean?

I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary since I deleted TeamViewer and Dropbox. It doesn't appear anyone has gotten back in. Here is the scan.
My only question about turning on restore is: can I specify the file location where the restore file is saved? My system drive is a 120GB SSD and it's pretty full.

The system restore is set by the Operating system.

Read this article and see what you can do to limit the space used by these restore points.

Do not let that drive get too full it may give you some trouble later on.
Find a way to save important files to a backup drive.

If all is well.
