Norton Antivirus detected Spyware.IEToolbar but couldn't automatically delete it. ("toolbar.dll within C:\Program Files\LookSmart Toolbar\tbu15\tbupdate.cab - Delete failed"). Online manual removal instructins refer to "toolbar.dll" and a dozen or so registry entries - none of which seem to exist when I look for them. Symantec is willing to assist in their chatroom for a fee - which is really irritating. Do I need to do more than just manually delete the .cab file? - any guidance would be very much appreciated. Thanks.
