Just installed video transfer software on my home computer (System 7) and same software at office computer (System 7). Software does not work at home but does at the office. What could the problem be at home? Thank you.

What..."video transfer software" are you referring to?

Specifics, including version, please.

You have a valid license for said software?

Uninstall it, reinstall it on the system which wants to regurgitate it.
