Using internet explorer with google as my start page. Any time I try to download a new software, or a document from my email, it will not allow the download. And most of the time it closes my session and internet explorer automatically restarts. This is on my administrator page. It will allow the downloads on my guest page but now it's not letting my guest page log on to the internet. I was told it could possibly have something to do with my add-ons but not knowing exactly what these do or what to look for I'm kinda lost if this is even the problem.

Just for a test I tried to download mini-toolbox from bleeping computers, would not allow the download.

Please try System Restore to restore your system to before the problem started.

Your administrator account could be corrupt.

Open the Control Panel and click on User Accounts and create a new administrator account and see if you can download a program using that account.
