While playing a game with ie on, to keep popups from coming up. In network connections I disabled the network connection and then would reenable, after 3 or 4xs. I got the 'network cable unplugged', I tried to re-enable it, but the same error came up. I checked the cable and rebooted. Same error, I checked all settings for the nic, and tcp/ip - these are all good for a dhcp connection. I tried winsock fix download, didn't work, I tried deleting the registry winsock, and restarting that also didn't work. My associates suggest fdisk, what is your suggestions? Thanks
