Hello. Been working on this issue for a little while and was directed here.

Let me know if I did anything wrong, the guide says to save as HTML but then zip up the files and post as a zip. I only have 1 perfmon file.

OS is Windows 7 Embedded

x86 (32bit)

This is the original OS installed.

The OS was free from a school website.

Age of system is 3months.

Same age for OS installation

Pentium G3258 Devils canyon

Gigabyte GA-B85-Gaming 3 MOBO

Corsair 430Watt PSU

Crucial 8gb 1600 DDR3 RAM

I built this PC.

Desktop

This is the info from bluescreenview if that helps.

Only 82 Windows Updates installed.  Most systems have 300 or more.  Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).  If you continue to have problems installing Windows Updates, please post back for some specific troubleshooting steps.

You have an ASUS USB-N53 802.11a/b/g/n Network Adapter:

I do not recommend using wireless USB network devices.  Especially in Win8/8.1 systems.
These wireless USB devices have many issues with Win7 and later systems - using older drivers with them is almost sure to cause a BSOD.
Should you want to keep using these devices, be sure to have the latest Win8/8.1 drivers - DO NOT use older drivers!!!
An installable wireless PCI/PCIe card that's plugged into your motherboard is much more robust, reliable, and powerful.

BIOS/UEFI (version F1) dates from 2014 - please update to the latest version available.

This device doesn't have drivers installed:

Not Available    ROOT\COMPOSITEBUS\0000    The drivers for this device are not installed.

It appears that this belongs to aSiemens AG CP1616 - SIMATIC netPROFI device

Please install the drivers for this device immediately.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

nfsrdr.sys         Mon Jul 13 19:14:33 2009 (4A5BBFD9)

Client for NFS Driver - this is a WINDOWS driver (requires working Windows Update)

nfsrdr.sys - this driver hasn't been added to the DRT as of this run. Please search Google/Bing for the driver if additional information is needed.

rpcxdr.sys         Mon Jul 13 19:14:44 2009 (4A5BBFE4)
Windows NT ONC RPCXDR Driver - this is a WINDOWS driver (requires working Windows Update)
rpcxdr.sys - this driver hasn't been added to the DRT as of this run. Please search Google/Bing for the driver if additional information is needed.

psxdrv.sys         Mon Jul 13 19:23:03 2009 (4A5BC1D7)
SUA Subsystem Driver- this is a WINDOWS driver (requires working Windows Update)
psxdrv.sys - this driver hasn't been added to the DRT as of this run. Please search Google/Bing for the driver if additional information is needed.

I believe that updating Windows should fix this problem.

If it doesn't, then post back with a new copy of the SysnativeFileCollectionApp reports
