I have a stalker that has broken into my home more than once. I installed a Logitech webcam to monitor outside my window. He has messed with this and now when I am trying to look at videos I get a system call failed edit.Any idea what he did and how I can fix it?

I hate to say this, but I think you might be better off talking to Logitech directly:  http://www.logitech.com/en-us/contact

If System Restore is enabled...try returning to a prior restore point.
