Is there a way to change the default style for all emails I create whether new or replies?
Somehow, my default paragraph got set to 0 leading, so I have to insert blank lines between paragraphs. When people reply, most of the time my text is converted to the default 6pt leading, so my messages have large blocks of white space.
I was able to change the default for new messages I create. I clicked on the Format Text tab, the Styles dialog, and then the Manage Styles button. I modified the line spacing and saved the template telling it to use it for all new documents.
But it doesn't work for replies. If I reply to a message, the Spacing Before setting is zero. If I change it, it is changed for that message, but the next reply is back to zero leading.
