can anyone help me .... I run Hot Metal Pro 6 on windows 7 Home Premium.  I need to make a dropdown menu on my website...and I can do this using Hot Metal Pro...using the Dynomat Menu which is in the resource manager (one of the assets).  I have not done this before...and I seem to be able to write the HTML but I cannot get it to drop and drag on to the page, so it doesn't work at all (no html code gets put onto the page).

If anyone can help I would be very grateful.

You can use Bootstrap to create Dropdown menu easily.

Check out here:http://getbootstrap.com/

You can easily implement in your project.

HI Cybersa

thanks for the recommendation of getbootstrap.  I feel a bit in overwhelm ...I don't know how to get started putting a drop down menu from here into my hotmetal pro page.

can you give me a clue to get started.

I need a menu that has 4 'parent' tabs, each with three 'child' tabs..if that makes sense?

1.You need to include Bootstrap's CSS and javascript inside your page.

See Basic Template here:

http://getbootstrap.com/getting-started/#template

2.Then you can include Dropdown any where using this code.

http://getbootstrap.com/components/#btn-dropdowns

Hope it will helps you.

If you have any doubt, don't hesitate to ask me.
