Hi,

I have been infected by a program called 'Glass bottle' which I can't get rid of. I receive constant pop-ups every time I click in my web-browser, sometimes with dialog boxes that will not close and I have to use task manager to shut the whole browser down. There is also a 'related search' bar down the side of my browser which will not go away.

I have used Malware Bytes twice to try to remove it (the first scan it deleted 43 infected files, the second only 2), I have removed the program from my computer using Control Panel, I have run an adware removal program and I have removed the Glass Bottle extension from both Google Chrome and Internet Explore, then re-set the settings, yes I am still getting very frequent pop-ups, noisy ads and cannot get rid of the search bar.

I previously posted in the 'Am I infected' section of your forum and was advised to run Minitoolbox, ADWCleaner, Junkware removal tool and ESET Online Scanner. I did all of these and it still wasn't gone, so the helper told me to post in here.

I tried to post my FRST log in here but it said the message was too long, so have attached both reports instead. Hope that's ok.

Thank you,

Sophie
