Access to the path, 'C:\Users\SQL\Desktop\Reports' is denied.

I have an SQL database and at sometime during the night (every night), this message pops up.  Sometimes it shuts down my process.  Other times, it does not.  I have completely disabled Windows Defender to make sure it was not an issue with my Antivirus needing to scan the file.  I cannot find what process is happening that would cause my server to be denied.  I know it is something to do with Windows, not my SQL server. Any suggestions would be great.

Thanks...See attached file.

try using RKILL to see if it is some type of malicious process that is messin' with ur stuff. This is just a first step, not a perm solution - tell me results.
