Hello, I'm currently posting from a family member's computer and he's been having some computer problems. Whenever the webpage would be interacted by me (i.e. clicked on or scrolled upon) an ad would open up. This problem has occurred consistently on every webpage opened up. Is there a way to fix this? Please and Thank you!

ADWcleaner which can be found on this site works a charm, and would also run a scan with Malwarebytes too.

Actually, a better question would have been "after I run the wipe and ninja, do I click " delete?" Sorry for the confusion.

Doing this won't delete my pictures or anything of that sort, correct?

These same steps that I am walking you through, I have ran on countless machines here and in real life. Never has anyone lost a single picture or anything needed.

Not a problem, if you have issues running any program skip it and move to the next.... I am going to sign off for the night, post all logs when done and I will have another set of instructions for you tomorrow. Let me know how things are running as well. :)

The computer won't download the Escan thing. It shows me a page stating that I lost internet connection, but my connection is fine. Can I skip this step?
