I wanted to know if removing everything and reinstalling windows would fix the blue screens i have been having. I get a ton of display drivers have stopped working errors each time i run league of legends then my cp just crashes into video tdr failure. Would resetting everything fix this?

Are you getting a BSOD only after running a particular game (League of Legends)? Or another games doesn't able to run as well?
Did you check the temperature of your video chip when you are trying to run the game?
Reinstalling windows may help only if BSODs are caused by software problems on your system (this is can be the reason of the problem but need to check other options first).
