Cant start Audio Service in Windows 8.1

Hi i am have problem with my audio devices. My audio is not working, cant play the sound. When i start the device it is says endpoint is duplicate error 0x800706cc


I have searching, that they say it is because AVG, but there is no file in my avg virus vault also i have see tutorial video to start the service again but the problem still exist. Please help me thanks.
