I encountered the message above whilst trying to download ImageBurn dvd creating program. 

Can't think I've had this one before.

I am the Administrator for my pc. Running Win7 Home Premium SP1, updated as of today, using Bitdefender anti-virus software.


Will appreciate any information/help regarding this topic.

Can you disable Bitdefender for the time of the download, and then try to download the file again?
