Can you first make sure your computer is not infected by malware, request a check up at Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Logs.

Press Windows Key + R, type in "services.msc", look for "Security Center" in the list, and set it's Startup Type to "Automatic (Delayed)" and start the service.

Reset Internet Explorer settings.

You can also run Microsoft Fix it utility's to repair Internet Explorer.

Fix Internet Explorer issues to make IE fast, safe and stable

Fix Internet Explorer add-on problems when IE hangs or freezes

Fix security issues to protect and secure Windows automatically

Rather than suggesting such...I would suggest that you initiate a new topic in the Am I Infected forum for a malware check.  The MRL forum has a larger volume of known malware situations...and the AII forum personnel can do the check more readily and more speedily.
