Dell inspiron No sound

Delll Laptop with windows 7 64 bit IDT HD Audio the drivers are there and uptodate from the dell web site and I tested the sound with a live linux disk and it work great so how do I find the bug :bounce:

Go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Manage Audio devices > and make sure your speakers are enabled.
