I need to know what update an program can I delete  and or uninstall off my laptop. I have updates on my computer from 2010 from Microsoft Corporation. my hard drive is too full to update Adobe flash player an other important apps.id really appreciate response .

BTW...How to detect vulnerable and out-dated programs using Secunia Personal Software Inspector. This is a FREE security tool designed to detect vulnerable and out-dated programs/plug-ins which expose your computer to malware infection.

Calendar Of Updates is an excellent resource to check on a daily basis for updates to popular programs.
