Monitor IP camera with 3g

I have a Wanscam wireless indoor IP camera.
I am using it with my Android smartphone on which I have installed the E-View7 application.
 
Since the last update of the version of the E-View7 application (2 weeks ago) I can see the camera on my smartphone ONLY when I am connected with WiFi. As soon as I am disconnected from WiFi the camera disconnects. Before the last update of the E-View7 application I could see the camera also when I was not with WiFi.
What should I do in order to see the camera ALSO when there is no WiFi?
 
Is there any application other than the E-View7 with which the Wanscam camera will work properly?
