It depends on what your problem is.  Please let us know in as much detail as you have.

Meanwhile, please provide this information (even if you're not experiencing BSOD's) so we can provide a complete analysis (from the Pinned Topic at the top of the forum):  http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/576314/blue-screen-of-death-bsod-posting-instructions-windows-10-81-8-7-vista/

My computer is controlled by hacking agent as i saw it once in malwarebyt then the report gone , my registry is full of red alerts as i ran the Gmer scanner actually most of it is infected , i ran the DBAN OVER 10 times , killdisk also the same then install windows and there you go it still there !! There is a hidden partition (x:) where it hides the files and keeps reloding them so i dont know how to find that partition , but today i ran killdisk again and shut down the system hoping to find a way to corner the only left partition which is about 40 GB , whenever someone step up for help they back away very soon i also dont know why . Any way if you have any ideas will be great if you would share them .

Thank you.

Please post over in the Am I Infected forum:  http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/f/103/am-i-infected-what-do-i-do/

As for the hidden partition - most bootable disks will create a partition and name it the X: drive.  This is the place where the files needed for the OS to run are located (most likely it's a drive that's mapped in your RAM).
