Events on monitor creates noise?

Hi, everybody.  Whenever i do anything like click mouse button, scroll, or move the mouse, i get a low scraping noise from my speakers.  This also happens when images load, or there's a progress bar that's animating.  It doesn't always happen, and i don't know how to make it stop.  I'd be grateful for any ideas.

Check the software which controls your audio output...see if Microphone is muted.  If not, mute it.
