Would a pc RAT be harmless on an android phone and would an android phone RAT be harmless on a pc?

The question is too generic to assume absolutes. But more than likely due to the fact that these are two different OS's. So the RAT would be coded differntly to match the OS type. Doesn't mean it's not impossible, but very unlikely one type could affect the other OS.
