Windows not completing boot up

When starting Windows it will not completely boot up and can not start any programs.  Please someone help!!!

Please explain in detail just what does happen after pressing the power button.


It would help it you were to post the make and model of this computer.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
