Is O17 Always Bad?

Is 'O17 - Domain hijack' always bad? Or is there a good reason why one might be there?

I recently got eight O17 things showing up when I scanned my computer. And I deleted all of them.. that was the correct move right?

I was just wondering if they're always actually a bad thing?

In most cases they are from your ISP but there is a wareout infection that that is one of the key indicators
