Can anyone recommend a reliable youtube converter?

Sometimes I need to convert youtube videos to mp4 but I use to use Wondershare but wasn't sure if it was one of of the ones with viruses?  Just need to download a virus-free hopefully inexpensive or free software to use.

I've had good results with Freemake Video Converter. I also use the Freemake Video Downloader to get videos off the internet.

I use Video Grabber to download and convert video. Crucially, it's free.

Yeah, i recommend Video Grabber too. It's safe and free. And you don't have to install desktop

i use firefox with a youtube video downloader plugin, and it creates a video file in any format i need and also able to rip just the audio to create mp3 files.
