Okay. My plea for help: I have been messing around with this computer issue since Friday. I am about ready to send everything back and just start from scratch.

Here are the specs of my machine:

Cpu: Intel e8400 core 2 Duo
MoBo: Gigabyte GA-G41MT-S2PT
RAM: Patriot signature DDR3 8GB 2X4GB PC3-10600 1333MHz
Video: EVGA Geforce GTX 750 2GB GDDR5 FTW
PSU: Antec VP550F (550W)

When I plug everything in and press the start button it let's out a rapid series of beeps, turns off, turns back on and let's out its beeps again, continues in the cycle until I turn it off. Please tell me what I am doing wrong.

Sounds like possible Ram issue , try single stick and see if improves , clean slots with air if you can and wipe sticks of any dust.

Also recheck all cabling to be sure everything is correct , CPU fitment etc etc.

I always restart from scratch and ensure all is correct and eliminate possible causes ,eg:

One stick Ram / No vid card / minimal hardware and once Bios Screen is achieved then add the rest individually.

I tried with one stick, same issue, tried it in the second slot, still beeping, tried the second stick in both slots and got same beeping. Took both sticks out and it will run without interruption, no beeps, but with no memory it won't enter bios. Bad board?
