My little brother's computer is on a blue screen loop.
I know this is a microsoft issue and not an HP issue, but I know little else.
I am attaching a video of the problem. He has found that the issue mainly strikes when he tries to open browsers, but when I first attempted to download Malwarebytes, I noticed the same thing happened.
I have scanned his computer using Malwarebytes once already and am doing so again, but even though it has removed threats, it didn't seem to make a difference the first time.
Any ideas as to what I can do?
Note: You can see in the video that several error messages pop up. I was not able to close out of any of them, although I did try. Usually they closed out and turned into new error messages before I could even mouse up to them.
