I could not download secunia, every time I click to download it takes about 30 seconds then goes to "This webpage is not available".  Just wanted to bring this to your attention.  I tried in two different browsers and on two different networks, same thing happened both times.

It looks like the Secunia's download link is down at the moment. This is out of BleepingComputer's control since the download page redirects to that link. You can download it from the official website here:
