When i close a program hlf of it stays on desktop

Video driver problem most likely, I have issues (intermittent) with my Intel 4600 series and/or Radeon R9 200 series video card in Windows 10 Enterprise Tech Preview 10130.

 

I get screen artifacts from time to time.

Well i uninstalled a program and right when i did that the problem stopped, it was a old game. I should have new because right when i installed the game the problem started.
