Hello to everyone!

I tried to post this at the audio and video forum but I got no aswer so I am trying here as well. Hope that's ok. Well, the thing is that I can't watch youtube videos. When I visit the YouTube page and I play some videos I can hear the sound but there is no image. This happens with Mozilla. If I browse with Chrome, the YouTube videos play fine. I have updated the plugins of Mozilla and reinstalled the Adobe Flash Player but this doesn't seem to solve the problem. Any ideas?

Thank you!

Does Firefox have the Flash plugin installed?

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.

Hello!

@Louis: Thanks for the link. I will take a look!

@dc3: I believe that the flash plugin is installed because until recently the videos on Youtube played just fine. I also check every now and then and update the plugins of Mozilla from the relevant update page.

Thank you!
