Good Day -

I have a computer with Win8.1 HP Envy 23 (AIO).  The computer will many time after sleeping fail to wake up or be very slow.  We have had many instances where we have had to restore to a recovery points.  Can I get some assistance to see if there is a single root cause, or other issues?

Thanks

Paul

Open the Device Manager.

Double click on Keyboard.

Right click on your keyboard.

Click on Properties, click on the Power Management tab.

Make sure there is a check in the Allow this device to wake the computer box.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
